Rs.77,000/- per hour. EX MANALI : RS 72,000 / HR EX DELHI
Insurance: Insurance Surcharge @ Rs. 4500/-
per hour.
PSF: PSF applicable @ Rs. 200/- per Indian
Pax and USD 5 per foreigner pax.
Note : Payment:
100% advance.
Block time is taken from start (Chock off) to shut off (Chock
on) of engine.
DETENTION ON GROUND :
Detention charges for the first one hour after
the arrival of aircraft will be free subsequent hour will
be charged at the rate of Rs. 15,000/ Hr
Time is taken from the time of landing to the time of take
off.
Night halt charges Rs. 50,000/-
Crew & Engineer Lodging Boarding & Transportation
will be arranged by the client. Airfare,
i f any will be charged on actual.
Positioning of fuel will be arranged by the client if required
and cost of fuel will be paid by us.
Watch extension charges/ other expenses will be calculated
after receiving confirmed itinerary.
We may have technical halts for refueling while operating
flights as per load.

All flights originate from Delhi. The fare is, hence, calculated
ex-Delhi and back. ·
All bookings are on first come first served basis. ·
30% advance payable for confirmation of booking. Balance 70%
payable 48 hours prior to commencement of the flight. ·
In the event of cancellation more than 48 hours before schedule
departure time, 30% of the total charter cost will be retained
as cancellation charges. ·
Passengers are requested to conform to the following baggage
restrictions. ·
One suitcase per passenger, not exceeding 25 inches in length
and 15 kgs by weight. In addition, a small hand bag or briefcase
can also be carried. Excessive baggage may entail off loading
due to flight safety considerations.
Where the flight is operated to airports under Defence Control,
the charterer is required to furnish passport details in respect
of foreign passengers so that we can obtain clearance from
the Ministry of Defence. We usually need one week to obtain
clearance from the Ministry of Defence.
The terms and conditions herein contained can be changed by
Himalayan Journeys without notice. These terms and conditions
also do not constitute a charter agreement between Himalayan
Journeys and the charterer of the aircraft. |

| Charter Rules, Terms and Conditions

| Baggage Allowance:
The number of passengers along with commercial payload can
be worked out as per the specific requirement of charter
party on designated sectors. Indicatively 17 passengers
with standard baggage can fly on any 400 kms. sector length.
Rates-Flying Hours:
Rs. 50000/- or US$ 1500/- ( equivalent in INR ) per block
hour. Block time is taken from the time of start of engine
to the shut off of engine. Block time shall be rounded off
to the next ten minutes.
Detention of Aircraft on ground:
Detention charges for the first one hour of the arrival
of aircraft will be free. Subsequent hours will be charged
at the rates of Rs 10,000/- or US$250 per hour. Time is
taken from the time of landing to the time of take off.
Night Halt Charges Rs 50,000.
Payment:
20% payment in advance in cash/draft at the time of confirmation
of charter flight. 30% one week before the departure in
cash/draft. Balance 50% amount 72 hours prior to the departure
again by cash or Bank draft.
Cancellation:
20% of the total charter cost if cancelled before 48 hrs.

6 hrs. to 48 hrs. of the departure time of the flight. 75%
of the total cost if cancelled less than 6 hrs. of departure
time.

** Charter rates are subject to revision due to changes
in basic rates, fuel costs, exchange variations or change
in Govt. Taxation. The rates prevalent at the time of the
charter would be applicable.
